数字经济发展对长江经济带地区就业状况的影响研究

摘　　要：当前,数字经济已成为社会经济活动中最为重要的运行模式。本文利用2011—2019年长江经济带107个城市的面板数据,采用双固定效应模型检验数字经济发展水平对地区就业状况的影响,并从城市所属省份特征方面详细考察了数字经济对地区就业产生影响的异质性。研究发现,数字经济发展对改善地区就业状况有显著的正向影响;数字经济发展通过提高地区的开放程度和人力资源储备改进地区就业状况;数字经济发展在内陆省份的城市能对地区就业状况产生更大的正向影响,本结论对后续相关研究提供了更多的实证研究数据,对相关领域研究具有一定的意义。Digital economy has become the most important mode of operation in social and economic activities.Based on the panel data of 107 cities in the Yangtze River Economic Belt from 2011 to 2019,this article uses a Two-wayfixed effects model to test the impact of digital economy development level on regional employment status and examines the heterogeneity of digital economy's impact on regional employment in terms of the characteristics of the provinces to which the cities are located.It is found that the development of the digital economy has a significant positive impact on the improvement of regional employment status.The development of the digital economy improves the employment situation of the region by improving the opening degree of the region and the reserve of human resources.The development of a digital economy can have a greater positive impact on regional employment in cities in inland provinces.This conclusion provides more empirical research data for subsequent relevant studies and has certain significance for research in relatedfields.
