摘  要:根据泵送式电缆射孔与可溶桥塞分段压裂的工艺特点,对桥塞工具串在超深水平井下的活动进行动力学分析。建立了遍历全井段的泵送排量动态控制方法和缆线张力计算方法,并对狗腿度(井身全角变化率)、井斜角与泵送排量的关系,以及泵送排量、工具串长度、间隙宽度、缆线张力等相关因素作了分析。分析表明:当狗腿度增大时,泵送排量近似于二次方指数式加大;当井斜角增大时,泵送排量呈线性加大。此外,在进入直井段时缆线张力与泵送排量的相关性不明显;但进入弯曲段时缆线张力与泵送排量、工具串长度之间均明显呈线性相关,且缆线张力随间隙宽度的减小而近似于指数式增大。Based on the features of pumping-type cable perforation and multistage fracturing with soluble bridge plugs,the dynamics analysis is conducted on the activity of bridge plug tool strings inultra deep horizontal wells.A dynamic control method for pumping volume distribution throughout the well section and a calculation method for cable tension were established.The relationship between dogleg degree(rate of change of wellbore angle),wellbore inclination angle and pumping volume distribution,as well as related factors such as pumping volume distribution,tool string length and gap width,and cable tension were analyzed.The results show that with an increase in dogleg degree,the pumping volume distribution almost shows a quadratic relationship,while the well slope angle and pumping volume distribution have a linear relationship.In addition,in straight well sections,the correlation between cable tension and pumping volume distribution is not significant,but in curved sections,there is a significant linear relationship between tension and pumping volume distribution,tool string length,and the cable tension increases approximately exponentially with the decrease of gap width.
