摘  要:为了研究碳纤维复合材料(CFRP)对多裂隙岩体的加固性能,通过3D打印技术得到试件实体模型,采用浇注法制备含有20条裂隙的类岩石试件,并用CFRP布对其表面进行约束加固,结合数字图像相关技术观测、记录试件在单轴压缩过程中的应变演化特征。试验结果表明,在相同的加载速率下,CFRP约束能显著提高多裂隙岩体试件的承载能力,但随着CFRP布层数的增加,其峰值强度增大幅度呈下降趋势;CFRP约束提升了多裂隙岩体试件抵抗破坏的能力,且明显改善了试件在峰后阶段的脆性破坏特征;CFRP约束使更多的预制裂隙参与试件的破坏过程,具有良好的全局加固效果。In order to study the reinforcement performance of carbon fiber reinforced polymer(CFRP)on multi-fractured rock masses,a solid model of the specimen was obtained by using 3D printing technology and the rock specimen containing 20 cracks was prepared by using pouring method,and its surface was constrained and reinforced with CFRP cloth.The strain evolution characteristics of the specimen during uniaxial compression were observed and recorded using digital imaging correlation(DIC).The experimental results show that under the same loading rate,CFRP constraint can significantly improve the bearing capacity of multi-fractured rock specimens,but the peak strength growth trend decreases with the increase of CFRP cloth layers.The CFRP constraint enhances the resistance of multi-fractured rock specimens to failure and significantly improves the brittle failure characteristics of the specimens in the post peak stage.The CFRP constraint allows more prefabricated cracks to participate in the failure process of the specimen,enhances the integrity of the specimen,and has a good global reinforcement effect.
