摘　　要：职工健康小屋是工会开展健康服务工作的重要阵地,通过向职工提供健康自检、亚健康筛查、健康指导、健康科普、心理健康服务、健康信息查询、动态跟踪等方面的健康服务,促使职工主动参与自我健康管理。本文以SWOT分析法对高校工会建设职工健康小屋面临的优势、劣势、机遇、挑战进行系统剖析,提出高校工会应立足教职工的健康需求,发挥自身优势,整合校内外服务力量,打造精准化、智能化、专业化、持续化的职工健康小屋。The Health Room of employees plays an important role for trade unions to carry out health service,through providing health services such as health self-examination,subhealth screening,health guidance,health science popularization,mental health service,health information query,dynamic tracking and so on,and prompting employees to actively participate in self-health management.This paper systematically analyses the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities,and challenges faced by university trade unions in building Health Rooms by SWOT analysis,and proposes that trade unions should base on the health needs of the teaching staff,give full play to their own strengths,and integrate internal and external service strengths,to build an accurate,intelligent,professional,and sustainable Health Room for employees.
