摘 要:目的分析桥式运动定量分析对膝关节置换术患者的临床康复进程影响。方法选取我院2019年3月至2021年3月我院收治的76例膝关节置换术患者,随机分为观察组与对照组,其中38例观察组患者给予桥式运动定量分析与常规临床护理干预,38例对照组患者仅给予常规临床护理干预。比较两组患者干预前后膝关节功能评分(HSS)、疗效及住院时间。结果干预后两组HSS分值均升高,且观察组HSS(86.37±7.44)分显著高于对照组HSS(75.34±8.56)分(P<0.05),观察组住院时间(30.66±3.45)d短于对照组(39.72±4.83)d(P<0.05);干预后观察组优13例,良16例,对照组优6例,良10例,观察组优良率76.32%显著比对照组42.11%高(P<0.05)。结论桥式运动定量分析能有效提高膝关节置换术患者的膝关节功能,加速临床康复进程,值得广泛推广应用。Objective To analyze the effect of quantitative analysis of bridge pose exercise on the clinical rehabilitation process of patients undergoing knee arthroplasty.Methods Seventy-six patients with knee arthroplasty admitted to our hospital from March 2019 to March 2021 were randomly divided into an observation group(n=38)treated with bridge exercise quantitative analysis and routine clinical nursing intervention,and a control group(n=38)treated with routine clinical nursing intervention only.The knee function score(HSS),efficacy and hospital stay were compared between the two groups before and after intervention.Results After intervention,the HSS scores of the two groups were increased,and the HSS score of the observation group was(86.37±7.44)points,which was significantly higher than that of the control group[(75.34±8.56)points](P<0.05).The hospital stay of the observation group was(30.66±3.45)d,which was longer than(39.72±4.83)d in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the observation group was excellent in 13 cases,good in 16 cases,excellent in 6 cases,good in 10 cases.The excellent and good rate of the observation group was 76.32%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(42.11%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Bridge pose exercise quantitative analysis can effectively improve the knee joint function of patients undergoing knee arthroplasty and accelerate the process of clinical rehabilitation.It is worthy of being widely popularized.
