负压组合式输尿管镜联合输尿管软镜治疗肾结石的疗效及白细胞计数、中性粒细胞比值的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨负压组合式输尿管镜联合输尿管软镜治疗肾结石的疗效及白细胞计数、中性粒细胞比值的影响。方法选取2021年10月-2022年10月洛阳市第一人民医院80例肾结石患者,按手术方式不同分为两组,对照组(n=36例)行微创经皮肾镜碎石术,研究组(n=44例)行负压组合式硬管镜联合输尿管软镜治疗。比较两组术后结石清除率、肾功能指标与白细胞计数、中性粒细胞比值。结果对照组结石清除率86.36%高于对照组61.11%(P<0.05)。术后研究组Cys-C、Scr水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。术后研究组白细胞计数、中性粒细胞比值低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论负压组合式输尿管镜联合输尿管软镜可有效清除肾结石患者体内结石,防止肾功能损伤,且能减轻机体炎症反应,有助于术后病情康复,推荐使用。Objective To investigate the effect of negative pressure combined with ureteroscopy and flexible ureteroscopic lithotripsy on white blood cell count and neutrophil ratio in treatment of kidney stone.Methods Eighty patients with kidney stone in Luoyang First People′s Hospital from October 2021 to Octoberr 2022 were enrolled,and divided into two groups according to different surgical treatment methods.Control group(n=36)received mini-percutaneous nephrolithotomy,while study group(n=44)received negative pressure combined with ureteroscopy and flexible ureteroscopic lithotripsy.Then the stone clearance rate,renal function index,white blood cell count and neutrophils ratio were compared between groups.Results The stone clearance rate of study group was higher than that of control group(86.36%vs 61.11%,P<0.05).The levels of Cys-C and Scr in study group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).The white blood cell count and neutrophils ratio in study group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Application of negative pressure combined with ureteroscopy and flexible ureteroscopic lithotripsy can effectively remove the stones in patients with kidney stones,prevent renal function injury,and reduce the body inflammatory reaction,which is conducive to postoperative recovery.
