摘 要:为提高综采工作面回采巷道超前支护效果,依据21503综采工作面现场条件,提出采用单体式液压支架代替以往的单体+金属顶梁支护方式,并通过巷道内布置的单轨吊实现单体式支架快速移动。对现场支护用的单体式支架技术参数、布置方案、操作方式等进行分析。现场应用后,单体式支架可实现回风巷超前支护段顶板支护,在提高超前支护段顶板管理效果、降低劳动强度等方面显现出明显优势,现场取得较为显著的应用成果。In order to improve the over-advance support effect of the return roadway of the comprehensive mining face,based on the site conditions of the 21503 comprehensive mining face,it is proposed to adopt the monolithic hydraulic support instead of the previous monolithic+metal roof beam support method,and to realise the rapid movement of the monolithic support by means of the monorail crane arranged in the roadway.The technical parameters,arrangement scheme and operation mode of the monocoque support are analysed.After the field application,the monocoque stent can realize the top plate support in the over-advanced support section of the return airway,showing obvious advantages in improving the effect of the top plate management in the over-advanced support section and reducing the labour intensity,etc.,and the field has achieved relatively significant application results.
