关于山西省直机关思想政治工作的调研报告

摘　　要：山西省直机关把思想政治工作作为加强机关党的建设、推进全面从严治党的重要抓手,开展大学习、大宣讲,坚持抓基层、打基础,注重强制度、建机制,思想政治工作取得明显成效,为中心任务完成提供了重要保障。但也存在对做好思想政治工作认识不足、重视不够、方法不活、措施不力的问题,在做深、做实、做活、做新等方面有差距,主要存在三个“不相适应”:与新时代机关党建的深刻变化不相适应,与党员队伍结构的变化不相适应,与科技信息手段的发展变化不相适应。出现问题的原因主要有:思想认识不到位、制度执行不到位、做思想政治工作的能力不足。加强和改进新时代机关思想政治工作的方法路径有:坚持主线把牢正确政治方向,激活主体提升思想政治工作的质量,掌握主动创新工作方式方法。The provincial organs of Shanxi regard theoretical and political work as an important starting point for strengthening the work of party building in the organs and promoting the comprehensive and strict governance of the Party,carry out the great learning and great propaganda,focus on the primary level and the fundamental work,and pay attention to the strengthening of system and mechanism.By doing so,they have made outstandingachievements in the ideological and political work,providing an important guarantee for completing the central task.However,some organs have not done the theoretical and political work well yet.They have not recognized the importance of the worksufficiently and have not paid enough attention to it,and the methods and measures they employ are not effective enough.There is a distance from the requirements of doing the work in an in-depth,concrete,flexible and creative way.They cannot adapt to the deep changes in the party building of Party and government organs in the new era,the changes in the structure of Party members,and the changes in science and technology.Insufficient understanding ofthe theoretical and political work,weak implementation of policies and inadequate ability to do the work are some main reasons arising these problems.To strengthen and improve thework in the new era,weshould adhere to the main line to maintain the correct political direction,activate the subject to improve the quality of work,and master the initiative to innovate the working methods.
