时效温度对2124铝合金蠕变时效组织和力学性能的影响

摘  要:通过力学性能测试和透射电镜观察等手段,研究了时效温度对2124铝合金蠕变时效组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明:在200 MPa应力作用下,随着蠕变时效时间的增加、时效温度的提高,2124铝合金蠕变曲线先减速后保持速率稳定,材料的应变量提高。时效温度从185℃升高到190℃,随时效时间延长,合金的强度提高,在190℃/12 h后合金的强度达到峰值,其抗拉强度Rm、屈服强度Rp_(0.2)和断后伸长率A分别为443.5 MPa、352.3 MPa和11.55%。此时基体内析出大量尺寸细小的S″相和S′相,经195℃/12 h时效处理之后,合金基体内析出部分粗大的平衡相S相,进入过时效阶段,性能下降。The effect of ageing temperature on microstructure and properties in creep age forming of 2124 aluminum alloy was investigated by means of tensile test and transmission electron microscope(TEM).The results show that,under constant stress,creep curves of 2124 aluminum alloy showed a certain characteristics as this:the creep rate decelerated at first,and then keep stability.the creep creep strain were increased with the increasing temperature(185℃~195℃)and ageing time.Both of the tensile strength and yield strength were increased with ageing time increased,from 185℃to 190℃under 200MPa,When ageing at 190℃/12h,the alloy reached peak strength,the tensile strength Rm,peak yield strength Rp_(0.2)and elongation A are 443.5MPa,352.3Mpa and 11.55%,respectively.At this time,a large amount of S″and S'phase is precipitated in the matrix.With the aging temperature increased to 195℃,the alloy entered the over-aged stage,in addition to S"and S'phase,there are some large S phase,resulting the properties of the alloy decrease.
