摘　　要：根据人才管理特性,尝试采用层次分析法对用于人才评价的数学模型进行初始架构。利用不同算法函数拟合涵盖各种属性的指标变量,再将拟合变量之间通过简单复合函数进行耦合,以提升各函数、各指标容纳属性的复合度,同时改善非标准指标的采纳度,提升评价体系的包容性,实现更具精度、广泛认可的人才属性评价。Based on the characteristics of talent management,this paper tries to adopt the hierarchical analysis method to carry out the initial structure of the mathematical model used for talent evaluation.Different algorithmic functions are used to fit the index variables covering various attributes,and then the coupling between the fitted variables is carried out through a simple composite function in order to improve the composite degree of each function and each index accommodating the attributes,and at the same time improve the adoption of non-standard indexes,enhance the inclusiveness of the evaluation system,and realize a more accurate and widely recognized evaluation of talent attributes.
