摘　　要：以《影像诊断与介入放射学》编辑实践为例,将“信、达、雅”理念引入医学影像学图片再创作,在审校环节增加了图片再创作流程,归纳、梳理再创作方法,以具体案例分析的方式直观呈现图片再创作过程中应注意的问题、可借鉴的处理手法以及图片的创新式利用,以期合理突出图片功能,充分发挥图片特色,使得医学影像学期刊更适应期刊发展的需要。Taking the practice of the Diagnostic Imaging&Interventional Radiology as an example,we add creative picture editing onto the process of editing and proofreading of medical figures based on the concept of faithfulness,expressiveness,and elegance.This paper summarized the methods of creative picture editing and presented some potential problems and possible measures during picture editing,and innovative application of pictures through case analysis,attempting to highlight the role and make full use of advantages of pictures,and help medical imaging journals for further development.
