摘 要:目的调查湖南省成人血液中铍、镁、钙、钒、铬、铁、锰、钴、镍、铜、锌、镓、锗、砷、硒、铷、锶、钇、钼、镉、锡、锑、碲、铯、镧、镨、钕、钐、铕、钆、铽、镝、钬、铒、铥、镱、镥、钨、铊、铅、铀、汞42种元素的参考值范围,并分析其人群分布。方法2019—2020年,随机采取湖南省14个地级市健康体检成年人1553人的静脉抗凝全血,使用电感耦合等离子体质谱法和原子荧光光谱法对血样中铍等42种元素含量进行检测,建立湖南省参考值范围,并分析不同年龄、性别人群矿物质元素含量分布。结果建立了湖南省成年人群血液中铍等42种矿物质元素的参考值范围,其中镁、钙、钒、铁、锰、钴、镍、铜、锌、锗、砷、硒、铷、锶、钇、钼、镉、锡、锑、碲、镧、钕、钆、铊、汞元素含量男女性别之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。钙、钒、铬、铁、钴、镍、锌、镓、锗、砷、硒、铷、钇、钼、镉、锑、碲、铯、镧、钐、钆、铊、铅元素含量在不同年龄组成人中差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),稀土元素中镧、镨、钕、钐、铕、钆、铽、镝、钬、钇10种元素在成人全血中有检出。结论建立了湖南省成人血液中42种矿物质元素的参考值范围,为建立地区元素分布数据库、临床诊断应用提供了良好的基础和参考。Objective To investigate the normal reference ranges of 42 mineral elements like beryllium(Be),magnesium(Mg),calcium(Ca),vanadium(V),chromium(Cr),ferrum(Fe),manganum(Mn),cobaltum(Co),nickel(Ni),copper(Cu),zinc(Zn),gallium(Ga),arsenic(As),selenium(Se),rubidium(Rb),strontium(Sr),yttrium(Y),molybdanium(Mo),cadmium(Cd),stannum(Sn),stibium(Sb),tellurium(Te),caesium(Cs),lanthanum(La),praseodymium(Pr),neodymium(Nd),samarium(Sm),europium(Eu),gadolinium(Gd),terbium(Tb),dysprosium(Dy),holmium(Ho),erbium(Er),thulium(Tm),ytterbium(Yb),lrtetium(Lu),wolfram(W),thallium(TI),lead(Pb),uranium(U)and mercury(Hg)in whole blood of adults in Hunan Province,and to analyze their distribution in the population.Methods Anticoagulated venous blood samples were randomly collected from 1,553 adults from 14 prefecture-level cities in Hunan Province from 2019 to 2020.Inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometry(ICP-MS)and atomic fluorescence spectrometry(AFS)were used to determine the 42 mineral elements like Be in the blood samples.The normal reference ranges of the above-mentioned mineral elements in Hunan Province were established,and the contents and distribution of the mineral elements among adults with different ages and genders were analyzed.Results The normal reference ranges of the above-mentioned 42 mineral elements in blood of the adults in Hunan Province were established,of which statistically significant differences were found in the contents of Mg,Ca,V,Fe,Mn,Co,Ni,Cu,Zn,Ge,As,Se,Rb,Sr,Y,Mo,Cd,Sn,Sb,Te,La,Nd,Gd,Tl and Hg between males and females(P<0.05)as well as in the contents of Ca,V,Cr,Fe,Co,Ni,Zn,Ga,Ge,As,Se,Rb,Y,Mo,Cd,Sb,Te,Cs,La,Sm,Gd,Tl and Pb among adults of different age groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The normal reference ranges of the 42 mineral elements in blood of the adults in Hunan Province are established,which provide a good basis and references for setting up regional element distribution database and clinical diagnosis application.
