摘 要:文章运用CVP(Cost Volume Profit Analysis)定量分析法比较分析了斑石鲷工程化围栏养殖和工厂化循环水养殖两种养殖模式的经济效益。结果表明,工程化围栏养殖和工厂化循环水养殖的毛利率分别为58.61%和55.64%;两种养殖模式成本利润率分别为129.50%和119.65%、盈亏临界点分别为9.59%和6.43%、安全边际率分别为90.41%和93.57%。两者都有良好的经济效益,造成其差异的主要原因在于养殖成本、养殖密度和市场价格。同时,通过构建工程化围栏养殖与工厂化陆海接力养殖及立体生态混合养殖新模式,可极大提高养殖效能。相关结果为我国深远海养殖良种斑石鲷的产业化发展提供了重要的经济效益分析参数和理论基础支撑,有利于推动深远海养殖产业的创新发展。This article uses the CVP quantitative analysis method to compare and analyze the economic benefits of two breeding models,engineering fence aquaculture and industrial circulating water aquaculture,for the spotted sea bream.The results showed that the gross margin of engineering fence aquaculture and industrial circulating water aquaculture is 58.61%and 55.64%respectively.The cost profit rate of the two breeding models is 129.50%and 119.65%respectively.The profit and loss critical point is 9.59%and 6.43%respectively,and the safety margin is 90.41%and 93.57%.Both of them have good economic benefits.The main reasons for their differences are breeding costs,breeding density,and market prices.Finally,two optimization suggestions are proposed f or the construction of a three-dimensional ecological mixed breeding model and the development of a new land sea relay breeding model for engineering fence aquaculture.The relevant results provide important economic benefit analysis parameters and theoretical basis support for the industrialization and promotion of the improved species of spotted seabream in deep sea aquaculture in China,and promote the development of the deep sea aquaculture industry.
