摘　　要：文中主要评述了2022中国国际纺织机械展览会暨ITMA亚洲展览会印染后整理机械设备情况,着重介绍了织物的起毛、磨毛、刷毛、剪毛、预缩、定形机、柔软整理等通用设备。起毛机、磨毛机、刷毛机、剪毛机等单机更多采用智能控制;拉幅定形设备采用节能余热回收系统,同时节能减排;柔软机多采用气流传动,部分设备采用3层过滤系统使空气再循环利用且热效率更高,有利于烘干;本届展会展出的智能管理系统预示着纺织机械进一步向智能、高端化发展。In this paper,the dyeing and finishing machinery and equipment of 2022 China International Textile Machinery Exhibition and ITMA Asia Exhibition were reviewed.The general equipment for raising,sueding,brushing,shearing,preshrinking and softening of fabrics was introduced emphatically.The single machine such as raising machine,sanding machine,brushing machine and shearing machine realizes more digital control integration and synchronous linkage control.The stentering and seting equipment adopts a double-layer energy-saving waste heat recovery system,so that it realizes energy-saving and emission-reduction.The softening machine mostly uses airflow transmission,and some equipment uses a 3-layer filtration system to make air recycling and higher thermal efficiency,which is easy to dry.This exhibition exhibits more intelligent management systems,indicating that textile equipment will be further developed towards intellectualization and high class.
