摘 要:运用文献资料、实地调查、专家访谈等方法,分析新疆滑雪旅游服务目标定位、实践经验,并提出优化路向。目标定位:打造顶级度假群落,串联优势滑雪资源,激发文体旅协同配合,带动旅游业均衡发展。实践经验:注重多元化服务产品供给,积极打造冰雪旅游服务品牌,主动培养本地专业服务人才,重视提升旅游配套服务效率。优化路向:拓展服务类型,优化资源开发;强化品牌建设,增强区域竞争作用力;畅通人才渠道,推广标准化服务;优化配套服务,提升区域交通规划。By using the methods of literature review,investigation and expert interviews,this paper analyzed the target positioning and practical experience of skiing tourism services in Xinjiang,and proposed optimization paths.Target positioning:It is to build a top resort community,connect advantageous skiing resources,stimulate the coordination of sports and tourism,and drive the balanced development of tourism industry.Practical experience:It pays attention to the supply of diversified service products,actively builds the brand of ice and snow tourism service,actively trains local professional service talents,and attaches importance to improving the effi ciency of tourism supporting services.Optimization path:We should expand the types of services and optimize the development of resources,strengthen brand building to enhance regional competition,unblock talent channels and promote standardized services,and optimize supporting services to improve regional transport planning.
