摘 要:为较准确地估算倾斜荷载作用下水工建筑物的地基承载力,首先介绍几个地基承载力概念的由来与实质,认为《建筑地基基础设计规范》(GB 50007—2011)“地基承载力特征值”与“地基容许承载力”实质是一样的;接着介绍了工程上确定地基承载力的常用方法,并对不同的承载力确定方法存在的优缺点进行讨论;认为规范给出的确定地基承载力的荷载试验法和经验查表法都只适用于地基受垂直力情况,不适用于受偏心倾斜荷载的基础。因此,对于受偏心倾斜荷载基础地基承载力的确定,通常只能通过公式法计算,但不同的计算公式得出的结果差别较大。建议工程实践中重视承载力的实际监测和现场试验,根据实测数据对不同公式计算结果做进一步复核。In order to accurately estimate the foundation bearing capacity of hydraulic structures under inclined load,firstly,the origin and essence of several foundation bearing capacity concepts are introduced,and it is considered that the“characteristic value of subsoil bearing capacity”in“Code for design of building foundation”is the same as the“allowable bearing capacity of subsoil”;the advantages and disadvantages of different methods for determining the bearing capacity are discussed,and it is considered that the determination of the bearing capacity of the ground by the load test and the empirical table method in the general code refers to the case of vertical force,it is not suitable for foundation subjected to eccentric inclined load.Therefore,the determination of foundation bearing capacity under eccentric inclined load can only be calculated by formula method,but the results obtained by different formulas are quite different.It is suggested that the actual monitoring and field test of bearing capacity should be paid more attention in engineering practice,and the calculation results of different formulas should be checked further according to the measured data.
