摘 要:水轮机调速器控制方法对一次调频性能影响较大,实际电站中大量存在小频差一次调频性能不合格情况。通过分析水轮机调速器的不同调节模式,提出了一种开度和功率双PID控制方法。搭建了基于非线性水轮机模型的仿真分析平台,分别分析了电站水头变化和不同频差时水轮机调速器不同控制方法的一次调频性能。分析结果表明:开度控制模式在不同运行工况下的一次调频性能指标差异较大,功率调节模式在小频差下会导致一次调频无响应或调节功率不够。变前馈+反馈功率控制方法和开度与功率双PID控制方法的一次调频响应功率与积分电量贡献在不同工况下的一致性较好,不同频差时的功率响应比和积分电量贡献比基本一致。Control methods employed by turbine governors have a significant impact on the performance of primary frequency modulation.Power plants often experience substandard performance under slight frequency deviations.Based on an analysis of different modulation modes of turbine governors,this paper presents a dual PID control method that combines opening and power control.A simulation analysis platform,based on a nonlinear turbine model,was established to evaluate the primary frequency modulation performance under different turbine governor control methods,considering varying heads and frequency differences at hydropower plants.This analysis revealed that the primary frequency modulation performance indexes in the opening control mode exhibited considerable fluctuations under different operating conditions,and the power regulation mode resulted in either no response or insufficient modulating power for small frequency differences during primary frequency modulation.The variable feedforward plus feedback power control method and the dual-PID control method,integrating opening and power control,demonstrated consistent response power for primary frequency regulation and integral power contribution across various operating conditions.Furthermore,the power response ratio and integral power contribution ratio remained substantially consistent for different frequency differences.
