摘　　要：目的探讨基于内镜引导的鼻窦炎患者上颌窦穿刺冲洗流程优化及效果。方法选取从2022年1月至2023年6月在郑州市某三级甲等医院门诊接受上颌窦穿刺的鼻窦炎患者为研究对象,其中2022年1—9月30例患者为对照组,2022年10月至2023年6月26例患者为观察组,对照组接受传统的上颌窦穿刺流程,观察组接受优化后的上颌窦穿刺冲洗流程方案。采用SPSS 21.0统计软件进行数据分析,比较两组疼痛程度、一次性穿刺成功率、穿刺显效率、并发症发生率和护理服务满意度。结果观察组穿刺后并发症发生率、疼痛程度均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组一次性穿刺成功率、穿刺显效率、护理服务满意度得分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用医疗失效模式与效应分析优化的上颌窦穿刺冲洗流程能提高穿刺的成功率及穿刺有效性,减少并发症的发生,降低患者的疼痛程度,提高护理服务的满意度。Objective To explore the optimization of endoscopic-guided maxillary sinus puncture irrigation process in patients with sinusitis and validate its clinical effectiveness.Methods Sinusitis patients who underwent maxillary sinus puncture in the outpatient clinic of a tertiary-level hospital in Zhengzhou from January 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the study subjects,of which 30 patients from January to September 2022 were the control group and 26 patients from October 2022 to June 2023 were the observation group,the control group accepted the traditional process of maxillary sinus puncture,and the observation group accepted the optimized maxillary sinus puncture and rinse process scheme.SPSS 21.0 statistical software was used to analyze the data.The pain level,one-time puncture success rate,puncture efficiency,complication rate and nursing service satisfaction of two groups were compared.Results The incidence of postoperative complications and pain in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The one-time puncture success rate,puncture efficiency and nursing service satisfaction scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Optimization of maxillary sinus puncture and flushing process using medical failure mode and effect analysis can improve the success rate and effectiveness of puncture,reduce the occurrence of complications,reduce the degree of pain of patients,and improve the satisfaction of nursing services.
