葆宫止血颗粒联合耳穴压豆对药物流产患者的干预效果

摘　　要：目的探究葆宫止血颗粒联合耳穴压豆对药物流产患者的干预效果。方法回顾性选取2020年6月至2022年12月南阳市第一人民医院药物流产患者的临床资料,根据治疗方案进行分组,将接受耳穴压豆法的80例纳入对照组,将接受葆宫止血颗粒联合耳穴压豆的80例纳入观察组。观察两组临床疗效、康复情况、药物流产前后凝血指标[凝血酶原时间(PT)、活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)、凝血酶时间(TT)、纤维蛋白原(Fib)]、炎症指标[白介素-6(IL-6)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)]水平。结果观察组总有效率(96.25%)高于对照组(81.25%)(P<0.05);观察组阴道流血、腹痛及月经复潮时间短于对照组,阴道流血评分低于对照组,子宫内膜厚度高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗7 d后观察组PT、APTT、TT短于对照组,观察组Fib高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗7 d后观察组血清IL-6、hs-CRP水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论葆宫止血颗粒联合耳穴压豆能减轻药物流产后阴道流血,缩短腹痛时间,改善凝血功能,降低炎症反应。Objective To explore the intervention effect of Baogong Zhixue granules and auricular points plaster therapy on patients with medical abortion.Methods The clinical data of patients with medication abortion in Nanyang First People’s Hospital were selected from June 2020 to December 2022,and grouped according to the treatment plan,80 patients with medication abortion adopting the method of auricular pressure bean were included in the control group,and 80 patients with medication abortion adopting the comprehensive intervention therapy of Baogong Zhixue granules and auricular points plaster therapy were included in the observation group.The clinical efficacy,rehabilitation status,coagulation indicators before and after medical abortion[prothrombin time(PT),activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT),thrombin time(TT)and fibrinogen(Fib)],and inflammation indicators[interleukin-6(IL-6),hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)]1 day after medical abortion and 7 days after treatment were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group(96.25%)was higher than that(81.25%)of the control group(P<0.05).The vaginal bleeding,abdominal pain and menstrual rehydration time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,the vaginal bleeding score was lower than that in the control group,and the endometrial thickness was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After 7 days of treatment,PT,APTT and TT in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and Fib in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After 7 days of treatment,the levels of serum IL-6 and hs-CRP in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined intervention therapy of Baogong Zhixue granules and auricular points plaster therapy can relieve the symptoms of vaginal bleeding and physical discomfort after medical abortion,shorten the time of abdominal pain,improve coagulation function and reduce inflammation.
