摘　　要：目的探究家属患者共同赋能式护理干预对鼻咽癌放化疗患者的影响。方法选取2022年6—12月收治的鼻咽癌患者65例为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(33例)和干预组(32例)。对照组接受常规护理,干预组在常规护理基础上接受家属患者共同赋能式护理干预。比较两组患者干预前后癌因性疲乏和生存质量得分。结果干预前,两组各项评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。干预后,干预组癌因性疲乏量表得分低于对照组,生存质量测定量表总分及各维度得分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论家属患者共同赋能式护理干预可以降低鼻咽癌放化疗患者癌因性疲乏水平,提升患者生存质量。Objective To explore the impact of family patient empowerment nursing intervention on nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients undergoing radiotherapy and chemotherapy.Methods A total of 65 nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients admitted from June to December 2022 were selected as the study subjects.The patients were divided into control group(33 cases)and intervention group(32 cases)using a random number table method.The control group received routine care.On the basis of routine nursing,the intervention group received a family patient co empowerment nursing intervention.The scores of the cancer related fatigue scale and the cancer patient quality of life core scale before and after intervention between two groups of patients were compared.Results Before the intervention,there was no statistical difference in scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,the score of the cancer related fatigue scale in the intervention group was lower than that in the control group,the total score of the quality of life core scale and scores in various functional areas of cancer patients were higher than those in the control group after intervention(P<0.05).Conclusion Family patient empowerment nursing intervention can reduce cancer related fatigue in nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients undergoing radiotherapy and chemotherapy,and improve their quality of life.
