摘 要:目的研究“321”健康教育模式在下肢静脉血栓滤器植入患者治疗期间的应用效果。方法选取2021年10月至2023年3月于郑州大学第一附属医院血管外科、腔内血管外科接受下腔静脉血栓滤器(IVCF)植入治疗的72例下肢深静脉血栓(DVT)患者为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为观察组(36例)和参照组(36例)。参照组接受常规健康教育,观察组接受“321”健康教育模式。比较两组入院当天、术前1 d、出院前1 d心理状态[抑郁自评量表(SDS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)]、干预前和干预后健康教育效果、生活质量[世界卫生组织生存质量评定量表(WHOQOL-BREF)]及干预期间并发症。结果术前1 d、出院前1 d两组SAS、SDS评分较入院当天均升高,且观察组低于同期参照组(P<0.05);干预后,观察组健康教育知识掌握情况均优于参照组(P<0.05);观察组WHOQOL-BREF生理健康、心理健康维度评分均高于参照组(P<0.05);住院期间,两组并发症差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论“321”健康教育模式可缓解IVCF植入患者围手术期不良情绪,提高患者疾病和治疗相关知识掌握度,有助于提高生活质量。Objective To study the application effects of“321”health education model on patients with lower limb venous thrombosis filter implantation during treatment.Methods A total of 72 patients with lower limb deep venous thrombosis(DVT)who received inferior vena cava filter(IVCF)implantation in department of vascular surgery and department of endovascular surgery of the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from October 2021 to March 2023 were selected as the research subjects,and were divided into observation group(36 cases)and reference group(36 cases)according to the random number table method.The reference group received routine health education,and the observation group was given“321”health education model.The psychological status[self-rating depression scale(SDS),self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)]on the day of admission,at 1 day before surgery and at 1 day before discharge,health education effect and quality of life[World Health Organization Quality of life instrument(WHOQOL-BREF)]before and after intervention and complications during intervention were compared between the two groups.Results At 1 day before surgery and at 1 day before discharge,the SAS score and SDS score in both groups were increased compared with those on the day of admission,but the scores in observation group were lower than those in reference group during the same period(P<0.05).After intervention,the health education knowledge mastery was better in observation group than that in reference group(P<0.05).The scores of dimensions of physical health and mental health of WHOQOL-BREF in observation group were higher than those in reference group(P<0.05).During hospitalization,there were no statistical differences in complications between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion“321”health education model can alleviate the perioperative negative emotions,enhance the mastery of disease and treatment-related knowledge,and contribute to improving the quality of life of patients with IVCF implantation.
