柔筋法治疗帕金森病有效性及安全性的Meta分析

摘　　要：目的:系统评价柔筋法治疗帕金森病的临床疗效及安全性。方法:计算机检索知网、维普、万方数据库、PubMed、EMbase、Cochrane Library中采取柔筋法治疗帕金森病的临床研究文献,检索年限为建库至2022年2月,由2名研究人员根据纳入标准、排除标准,采用Cochrane风险偏倚评估工具进行文献质量评价,采用Review Manager 5.3软件对纳入文献的相关数据进行提取和录入并进行Meta分析。结果:纳入15项研究,涉及病例997例,其中试验组501例,对照组496例。Meta分析结果显示,试验组临床总有效率均高于对照组;治疗后统一帕金森氏病评分量表(Unified Parkinson’s Disease Rating Scale,UPDRS)评分、中医证候评分均低于对照组;对照组不良反应发生率高于试验组,差异均有统计学意义。结论:Meta分析结果表明柔筋法治疗帕金森病对比单纯西药常规用药的临床治疗效果更好,可以改善帕金森病患者的临床症状和生活质量。在诊疗帕金森病的过程中,可根据临床情况,以辨证论治为主要思路,指导临床用药治疗。Objective:To systematically evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of the softening tendons therapy on Parkinson’s disease.Methods:The clinical research literatures from their establishment to January 2022 on the treatment of Parkinson’s disease with the softening tendons therapy in CNKI,VIP,Wanfang database,PubMed,EMbase and Cochrane Library were searched.According to the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria,two researchers used Cochrane risk bias assessment tool to evaluate the quality of the literature.And the relevant data of the included literature were extracted and entered and Meta-analysis was performed using Review Manager 5.3 software.Results:Fifteen studies involving 997 cases were included,including 501 cases in the experimental group and 496 cases in the control group.Meta-analysis results showed that the total clinical efficiency was higher in the experimental group than that in the control group.The UPDRS score and syndrome score of TCM were lower in the experimental group than that in the control group.The incidence of adverse reactions was higher in the control group than that in the experimental group,and the differences were statistically significant.Conclusion:The results of Meta-analysis show that the clinical effect of the softening tendons therapy in the treatment of Parkinson’s disease is better than that of routine western medicine,and it can improve the clinical symptoms and quality of life of Parkinson’s patients.In the process of diagnosis and treatment of Parkinson’s disease,syndrome differentiation and treatment should be the main idea,and clinical medication and treatment should be carried out according to the clinical situation.
