摘　　要：甲状腺功能亢进症(简称甲亢)是指由于基因、环境、饮食、情绪等各种原因导致甲状腺功能增强,人体分泌过多的甲状腺激素,从而引发甲状腺肿大、食欲亢进、体质量下降等一系列症状。此病常累及到人体多个系统,影响患者的日常生活和工作。近年来,甲亢的发病率逐年上升,有不少患者常伴有明显的出汗症状,给生活带来了很大的困扰。西医认为,这是由于甲状腺激素水平紊乱引起的代谢旺盛的表现,治疗上主要从调整激素水平、治疗原发疾病入手,选择口服抗甲状腺药物或行碘131,必要时采取手术治疗的方式。而中医强调辨证论治,整体审察,标本兼治,相对西医疗效好,不良反应小。中医认为此类疾病属于“瘿病”“汗证”范畴。从中医辨证论治的角度来看,甲亢伴多汗与肝的生理功能失常密切相关,治疗此类患者,应围绕肝,通过疏肝解郁、清肝泻火等中医治法进行治疗。在治本的同时注重固护阴液,收敛止汗生津,进而缓解患者症状,减轻患者不适,提高生活质量。文章结合案例,介绍从肝论治甲亢伴有多汗的经验,以期为临床提供参考。Hyperthyroidism refers to a series of clinical manifestations caused by the enhancement of thyroid function due to genes,environment,diet,mood and other reasons,so that the human body secretes excessive thyroid hormone,which often involves multiple systems of the human body and affects the daily life and work of patients.In recent years,the incidence of hyperthyroidism has increased year by year.Many patients are often accompanied by obvious sweating symptoms,which has brought great trouble to life.Western medicine believes that this is due to the metabolic exuberance caused by the disorder of thyroid hormone level.The treatment mainly starts from adjusting the hormone level and treating the primary disease,choosing oral antithyroid drugs or iodine-131,and taking surgical treatment when necessary.TCM emphasizes syndrome differentiation and treatment,which is characterized by overall observation and treatment of both symptoms and signs.Compared with Western medicine,it has better curative effect and less side effects.TCM believes that such diseases belong to the category of Ying disease(瘿病)and sweating syndrome.From the perspective of syndrome differentiation and treatment of TCM,hyperthyroidism with hyperhidrosis is closely related to the physiological dysfunction of the liver.The treatment of such patients should focus on the liver,and be treated by TCM methods such as soothing the liver and resolving depression,clearing the liver and purging fire.At the same time,we should pay attention to the consolidation and protection of Yin(阴)fluid,so as to relieve the symptoms of patients,relieve the discomfort of patients,and improve their quality of life.This paper introduces the experience of treating hyperthyroidism with hyperhidrosis in order to provide clinical reference.
