基于CiteSpace的手法整复夹板固定治疗桡骨骨折的可视化分析

摘　　要：目的:可视化分析手法整复夹板固定桡骨骨折研究方向、热点及前沿,总结疾病的客观规律,为研究引入新理念及预测未来发展趋势提供参考。方法:检索中国知网数据库有关手法整复夹板固定治疗桡骨骨折领域符合标准的文献(文献发表时间为2011年1月1日-2021年12月31日);进行关键词共现分析、聚类分析、突现分析、作者及机构的节点分析。结果:共纳入文献1041篇,研究机构283个,涉及关键词358个。合作最密切的是以马奇翰和刘锦涛为核心的作者团队;发文数量最多的机构是湖南中医药大学和四川省骨科医院;热点关键词为手法整复、桡骨骨折、夹板固定等;突现关键词为双骨折、观察、掌倾角等。结论:手法整复夹板固定治疗桡骨骨折研究领域目前发展已经较为全面。突现分析发现,近年来前沿研究围绕着桡骨骨折辅助中医药内外治疗、骨折复位后再移位等危险因素、康复功能训练、改善骨密度提高腕关节功能等几方面展开。推测未来一段时间内,以上内容仍将是该领域的前沿热点。分析结果中未发现有显著影响力的核心研究团队和机构,多数机构合作也仅集中于内部及其附属医院,为更好的学术交流,跨机构的交流合作亟待进一步加强。Objective:To visually analyze the research direction,hot and frontier issues of manipulative reduction and splint fixation of radial fractures,summarize the objective laws of the disease,and provide reference for introducing new ideas and predicting the future development trend.Methods:CNKI database was searched for the literatures in the field of manual reduction and splint fixation in the treatment of radial fractures(the literature publication time was from January 1,2011 to December 31,2021).The key words co-occurrence analysis,cluster analysis,emergence analysis,author and organization node analysis were carried out.Results:A total of 1041 literatures,with 283 research institutions and 358 key words were included.MA Qihan and LIU Jintao as the core author team worked closely.The institutions with the largest number of publications were Hunan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Sichuan Orthopedic Hospital.The hot key words were manipulative reduction,radial fracture,splint fixation,etc..The key words were double fracture,observation,palmar inclination,etc..Conclusion:At present,the research field of manual reduction and splint fixation in the treatment of radial fracture has developed more comprehensively.According to the sudden analysis,the frontier research in recent years is traditional Chinese medicine treatment of radius fracture,risk factors such as re displacement after fracture reduction,rehabilitation function training,improving bone mineral density and improving wrist function.It is presumed that the above content will remain the frontier and hot spot in this field for a period of time in the future.No significant influential core research teams and institutions were found in the analysis results.Most institutional cooperation also focuses only on internal and affiliated hospitals.For better academic exchanges,inter institutional exchanges and cooperation need to be further strengthened.
