王秀娟教授基于“气血学说”治疗胃癌前病变经验

摘　　要：我国是胃癌高发国家,胃癌前病变是胃癌二级预防的重要阶段,是正常胃黏膜发展成胃癌的转折点,且病变率较高,病情顽固,给患者身心健康带来威胁。现代医学目前对本病无疗效确切的治疗方案。中医治疗本病从整体观念出发,结合辨证论治,可有效减轻患者症状、延缓或逆转胃癌的发生发展,具有独特的优势。文章介绍王秀娟教授运用中药治疗胃癌前病变经验。王秀娟教授从事中医消化内科临床、科研及教学工作三十余年,师承于脾胃专家高金亮教授,学贯中西,致力于中西医结合辨治消化系统疾病,擅长中西医结合治疗胃癌前病变等疾病。王秀娟教授基于“气血学说”,临证时认为脾胃虚弱,气血失其调和为发病之本,表现为气滞、血瘀、痰湿、食积等标实之证。治疗上善于运用调气和血法,临床善抓主症、顾兼症、病证结合、辨证施治,遣方用药有的放矢,形成健脾理气化瘀的基本治则,对逆转胃癌前病变疗效显著。China is a country with a high incidence of gastric cancer,gastric precancerous lesions are an important stage of secondary prevention of gastric cancer,and it is a turning point for the development of normal gastric mucosa into gastric cancer.The lesion rate is high,the condition is stubborn,and it poses a threat to the patient’s body and mind.Modern medicine currently has no effect on this disease,and there is not an exact treatment plan.TCM medicine treatment of this disease from the overall concept,combined with differentiation treatment,can effectively reduce the symptoms of patients,delay or reverse the occurrence and development of gastric cancer,has unique advantages.This article introduces Professor WANG Xiujuan’s experience in the treatment of gastric precancerous lesions using TCM medicine.Professor WANG Xiujuan has been engaged in the clinical,scientific research and teaching of gastroenterology of TCM for more than 30 years,under the tutelage of Professor GAO Jinliang,an expert in spleen and stomach,has studied the integrated medicine,is committed to the integrated medicine to distinguish and treat digestive diseases,and is good at treating gastric precancerous lesions and other diseases.Based on the theory of Qi(气)and blood,Professor WANG Xiujuan believes that the spleen and stomach are weak,and the loss of harmony of Qi and blood is the root of the disease,which is manifested as Qi stagnation,blood stasis,phlegm dampness,food accumulation and other eexcessive symptoms.The professor is good at using Qi regulation and blood method,and is good at grasping the main symptom,taking care of associated symptoms,combing disease with syndromes based on TCM differentiation and treatment,using prescriptions with targeted drugs,and forming the basic treatment rules for strengthening the spleen and removing Qi and stasis,and the effect of reversing gastric precancerous lesions is remarkable.
