熊大经关于鼻腔结构与情志关系的学术观点

摘　　要：熊大经教授对于鼻病的中医治疗有独到见解。熊大经教授认为鼻窍包含了脏腑全部信息,局部与局部、局部与整体之间包含着相同的基本信息,并将人整体的各种生理病理信息传递至局部,即鼻腔局部包含了脏腑的各种生理病理信息。熊大经教授认为不同的鼻部位对应不同的体内脏器,通过鼻相关部位的变化开展身心治疗,改善患者情志,对鼻部疾病的治疗具有重要辅助作用。慢性鼻病常病程缠绵,反复发作,导致气血津液运行失常,出现气滞、痰湿、瘀血等病理产物,进而出现情志变化。熊大经教授在采取药物治疗方案的同时,亦会对患者进行心理疏导,如耐心倾听患者主诉,并进行适当、有针对性的解释,进行心理宽慰,树立患者治疗疾病的信心,以解除患者不良心理情绪和心理负担。在该理论的指导下,笔者通过长期的临床观察发现,慢性鼻病鼻腔宽大者,常伴随出现暴躁和(或)抑郁等情志异常,鼻腔结构与情志有相关性,因此按照该方式可以提高辨证准确性,遣方用药从枢度、气度入手,兼顾情志因素。通过此种治疗方案,临床症状改善明显,疗效提高,生活质量提高。在当前的医疗大环境之下,通过该方法进行临床治疗,不仅可以提升鼻病治疗效率,也可改善医患关系,促进医患和谐。Professor XIONG Dajing has unique views on the treatment of rhinopathy in TCM.XIONG Dajing believes that nostrils contains all the information of Zang-fu(脏腑)organs.The local and the local,the local and the whole contain the same basic information,and transmit all kinds of physiological and pathological information of the whole to the local,that is,the part of the nostrils cavity contains all kinds of physiological and pathological information of Zang-fu organs.Professor XIONG Dajing believes that different nostrils parts correspond to different organs.Physical and mental treatment based on the changes of nostrils related parts can improve the emotion of patients and play an important auxiliary role in the treatment of rhinopathy.Chronic rhinopathy often has a lingering course and repeated attacks,resulting in abnormal operation of Qi(气),blood,body fluid,which produces Qi stagnation,phlegm-damp,blood stasis and other pathological products,and then appears emotional changes.Professor XIONG Dajing not only takes drug treatment,but also provides psychological counseling to patients,such as patiently listening to the patient's main complaint and psychological relief,to establish the confidence of the patient in the treatment of the disease,in order to relieve the patient's bad psychological mood and psychological burden.Under the guidance of this theory,through long-term clinical observation,the author found that patients with large nasal cavity were often accompanied by emotional abnormalities such as irritability and/or depression,and there was a correlation between nasal structure and emotion.Therefore,in accordance with this way can improve the accuracy of syndrome differentiation,the use of drugs,and taking into account emotional factors.Through this treatment scheme,the patients'clinical symptoms are relieved obviously,the curative effect is improved,and the quality of life is improved.In the current medical environment,clinical treatment through this method can not only improve the efficacy of rhinopathy,
