摘  要:随着数字经济的蓬勃发展,数字化生产力逐渐替代人类生产力成为重复性工作的核心生产力。因而如何实现数字化生产力工具的创新突破,成为释放数字化生产力及数字化赋能企业获得持续优势的关键。本研究以容智信息科技为调研对象,系统探究了数字化生产力工具创新突破的实现条件与迭代过程。研究发现:第一,数字化生产力工具创新突破的条件是行业技术变革、市场结构更替、政策目标取向等外部情境刺激管理者认知,并借助战略性意义建构启动组织开发动态能力与资源配置模式间关系的过程。第二,随着场景式数字化、泛用式数字化、交互式数字化阶段的外部情境变化,管理者认知由技术判断型转变为技术创造型,再转变为技术拓展型,呈现出创造性搜寻—关键性突破—前瞻性拓展的认知演变规律。第三,随着管理者认知在不同数字化阶段的演变,资源配置模式与动态能力间关系表现出一种从分离到共生的迭代逻辑,即从相互分离的“独奏”关系转变为单向影响的“协奏”关系,再转变为协同共生的“合奏”关系。第四,伴随着组织资源与能力间关系更迭,数字化生产力工具创新突破在不同数字化阶段依次涌现,实现了数字化领域开拓到数字化技术自主的“连接”迭代,再到数字化赋能提质的“赋新”迭代。本文既为数字化赋能企业的数字化生产力工具创新突破研究提供了可参考性思路,也对数字化使能企业的数字化转型研究予以有效补充。With the vigorous development of the digital economy,digital workforce has gradually replaced human workforce as the main productivity of repetitive work.However,how to achieve breakthrough innovation in digital workforce tools has become the key to unleashing digital workforce and digital empowering companies to gain sustainable competitive advantages.Based on the exploratory case analysis of Infodator,this study systematically explores the generation and iteration process of breakthrough innovation in digital workforce tools.The research found that:(1)The conditions for breakthrough innovations in digital workforce tools are stimulated by external factors such as industry technological changes,market structural shifts,and policy objectives.Managers’cognition is influenced by these external stimuli,and the process involves constructing the relationship between strategic significance,initiating organizational development dynamics,and resource allocation patterns.(2)With the changing external context of scenario-based digitization,ubiquitous digitization,and interactive digitization stages,managers’cognition evolves from technology assessment-oriented to technology creation-oriented,and then to technology expansion-oriented.This evolution follows a cognitive pattern of creative exploration,critical breakthroughs,and forward-looking expansion.(3)As managers’cognition evolves across different digitization stages,the relationship between resource allocation patterns and dynamic capabilities exhibits an iterative logic,transitioning from a separated“solo”relationship to a unidirectional impact“concerto”relationship,and further evolving into a collaborative and symbiotic“ensemble”relationship.(4)With the transformation of the relationship between organizational resources and capabilities,breakthrough innovations in digital workforce tools emerge successively in different digitization stages.This progression includes the iteration from digital field development to digital technology independent innovat
