摘 要:为探究防砂煤岩柱开采是否可行,以皖北某煤矿的地质资料和工作面概况为基础,通过理论计算垮落带高度、保护层厚度以及安全防砂煤岩柱最大高度,并运用FLAC 3D软件对煤岩柱合理留设的大小进行科学研究。结果表明:参照规范,当覆岩为软弱型和中硬型时,垮落带分别为9.59 m、14.17 m,保护层厚度分别是10.4 m、15.6 m,安全防砂煤岩柱的最大高度为29.77 m。覆岩产生的竖向应力、位移以及剪切应力均在安全开采的范围之内,煤矿开采是合理的、可行的。In order to explore whether the mining of sand-proof coal column is feasible,the height of the collapse zone,the thickness of the protective layer,and the maximum height of the safety sand-proof coal rock pillar are theoretically calculated,taking the geological data and working face overview of a coal mine in northern Anhui as the basis,and the reasonable size of the coal rock pillar is studied by FLAC 3D software.The results show that,according to the specifications,when the overlying rock is the type of weak and medium hard,the collapse zone is 9.59 m and 14.17 m respectively,the thickness of the protective layer is 10.4 m and 15.6 m respectively,and the maximum height of the safety sand-proof coal rock column is 29.77 m.The vertical stress,displacement,and shear stress generated by the overlying rock are all within the safe mining range,and coal mining is reasonable and feasible.
