摘  要:基于地铁隧道照明节能改造项目采用合同能源管理(EMC)模式,阐述了地铁隧道照明节能改造项目的类型,项目EMC模式的过程及管控要点。针对工程公司负责投资、建设和运营的特点,通过加强项目全过程管理,降低项目各阶段的风险,提高项目投资收益,促进地铁隧道照明节能改造工程顺利推进。结合某地铁隧道照明节能改造工程EMC模式案例,从工程公司角度出发,对项目进行节能及经济分析,保证了项目的经济效益可靠性,验证了EMC模式在地铁隧道照明节能改造中的实用性。Based on the contract energy management(EMC)model adopted in the energy-saving renovation project of subway tunnel lighting,the types of the renovation project about the subway tunnel lighting energy-saving and the key points of process and control in the EMC model are elaborated.In response to the characteristics of investment,construction,and operation which engineering companies are responsible for,it promotes the progress successfully of energy-saving renovation projects for subway tunnel lighting through strengthening the full process management of the project,reducing risks at each stage of the project,and improving investment returns.Based on a case study of EMC mode in a subway tunnel lighting energy-saving renovation project,the energy-saving and economic analysis are conducted on the project from the perspective of an engineering company.It ensures the reliability of the project's economic benefits and verifies the practicality of EMC mode in subway tunnel lighting energy-saving renovation.
