摘 要:采用厌氧序批式反应器(ASBR),并投加海绵铁作为硫酸盐型厌氧氨氧化系统的填料,探究海绵铁对该系统脱氮除硫的影响。试验前期通过静态试验对海绵铁进行填料效能分析,结果表明投加海绵铁后体系中各污染物的质量浓度都有下降的趋势,并确定了海绵铁最佳粒径为1~2 mm、投加量为30 g。后将海绵铁投加至厌氧序批式反应器中,经90 d驯化后各污染物出水质量浓度稳定,投加海绵铁的反应器出水中NH^(+)_(4)-N、SO^(2-)_(4)及TN去除率分别稳定在90.6%、43.1%和83.6%,各污染物质量浓度均低于未投加海绵铁的反应器。结合高通量测序结果分析发现,硫酸盐型厌氧氨氧化反应的特征菌Bacillu Benzoevorans在投加海绵铁的反应器中所占比例为27.85%,高于未投加海绵铁的反应器。说明加入海绵铁作为硫酸盐型厌氧氨氧化系统填料后,系统内的功能菌群被富集,改变了体系脱氮除硫性能。The anaerobic sequencing batch reactor(ASBR)is used and the sponge iron is added as a filler for the sulfate-dependent anaerobic ammonia oxidation system to study the effect of sponge iron on nitrogen and sulfur removal in the system.The static test is conducted in the early stage to analyze the filling efficiency of sponge iron.The results show that the mass concentration of various pollutants in the system shows a decreasing trend after adding sponge iron,and the optimal particle size of sponge iron is determined to be 1 to 2 mm with a dosage of 30 g.Adding the sponge iron to the anaerobic sequencing batch reactor,the effluent concentration of each pollutant stabilizes after 90 days of domestication.The removal rates of NH^(+)_(4)-N,SO^(2-)_(4)and TN in the effluent of the reactor with added sponge iron remain stable at 90.6%,43.1%,and 83.6%,respectively.The mass concentration of each pollutant is lower than that of the reactor without adding sponge iron.According to the analysis of high-throughput sequencing results,it is found that the characteristic bacteria of sulfate-dependent anaerobic ammonia oxidation reaction,Bacillubenzoevorans,accounted for 27.85%in the reactor with added sponge iron,which is higher than that in the reactor without added iron sponge.It is indicated that the functional microbial community in the system is enriched after adding sponge iron as a filler of sulfate-dependent anaerobic ammonia oxidation system,which changes the denitrification and sulfur removal performance of the system.
