摘  要:利用FID检测器、HP-5毛细管色谱柱,二阶程序升温34.2 min,高纯氮气作为载气,样品无需前处理,直接进样,对松节油、α-蒎烯和β-蒎烯进行气相色谱分析,采用面积归一法对样品组分进行定量分析,并与GB/T 33029-2016比较考查方法的准确度,结果表明,研究方法的相对偏差为0~0.16%,不超过GB/T 33029-2016要求的±2.5%,相对标准偏差(RSD,n=7)为0.019%~0.044%,研究方法操作简便、快速,结果准确,适合在检测实验室应用。Using a FID detector and HP-5 capillary chromatography column,a second-order programmed temperature rise of 34.2 minutes,and high-purity nitrogen as the carrier gas,a gas chromatography analysis on turpentine,α-pinene andβ-pinene is conducted,and the sample is directly injected without pretreatment.The area normalization method is used for quantitative analysis of sample components,and the accuracy of the examination method is compared with the national standard GB/T33029-2016.The results show that the relative deviation of the method is between 0 to 0.16%,which doesn't exceed±2.5%required in the national standard GB/T 33029-2016,and the relative standard deviation(RSD,n=7)is between 0.019 to 0.044%.The method studied is easy,fast,accurate,and suitable for application in testing laboratories.
