中医脏腑辨证治疗中青年过敏性咳嗽的效果

摘　　要：目的:观察中医脏腑辨证指导下的治疗方法对中青年过敏性咳嗽的效果。方法:选取2018年1月―2020年1月山东省慢性病医院和山东省青岛市第八人民医院中医门诊中诊断为过敏性咳嗽的中青年(年龄36~50岁)患者,选取80例(最终66例)作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将患者分为对照组40例(最终32例)、观察组40例(最终34例)。对照组患者给予西药[氯雷他定片(息斯敏)]抗过敏治疗,观察组患者给予中医脏腑辨证治疗(干预内容包括中药汤剂、穴位贴敷、穴位按摩、耳穴压丸、生活锻炼、合理饮食等),治疗时间从就诊之日起维持1年,治疗前分别观察并记录观察组和对照组咳嗽及咽痒证候积分、特禀质得分,两组患者性别、年龄、症状、体征、体质得分的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后补充记录患者临床疗效、复发率,并对采集数据进行统计学分析。结果:治疗1年后,两组患者各项指标均得到改善(P<0.05),但观察组临床疗效、复发率指标优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中医脏腑辨证指导下的治疗方法对中青年过敏性咳嗽具有良好的治疗效果,复发率低。本研究旨在探寻持久有效、健康生活化的治疗方案,扩大了中医慢病防治领域,值得推广。Objective:To observe the effect of the treatment under the guidance of viscera syndrome differentiation in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)on allergic cough(AC)in young and middle-aged people.Methods:A total of 80 young and middleaged patients(aged 36 to 50)with allergic cough in the Outpatient Department of Shandong Chronic Diseases Hospital and The Eighth People’s Hospital of Qingdao from January 2018 to January 2020 were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into 40 cases(32 cases finally)in the control group and 40 cases(34 cases finally)in the observation group.The control group was given Western medicine(Loratadine tablets,namely,Xisemin)anti-allergy treatment,while the observation group was given TCM viscera syndrome differentiation treatment(intervention included TCM decoction,acupoint application,acupoint massage,auricular point pressing,life exercise,reasonable diet,etc.).The treatment was maintained for 1 year from the date of treatment.Before treatment,the cough and pharyngeal itch syndrome scores and characteristic quality scores in the observation group and the control group were observed and recorded.There was no significant difference in gender,age,symptoms,signs,and physical scores between the two groups(P>0.05).Clinical efficacy and recurrence rate of patients were recorded after treatment,and the collected data was statistically analyzed.Results:After one year of treatment,all indexes in the two groups were improved(P<0.05),but the clinical efficacy and recurrence rate indexes in the observation group were better than those in the control group,the difference was of statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment method guided by traditional Chinese medicine viscera syndrome differentiationn has a good therapeutic effect on allergic cough in young and middle-aged people,and it has a low recurrence rate.The goal of this study is to explore a long-lasting,effective,and healthy lifestyle treatment plan,expanding the field of chronic disease prevention and treatm
