加味玉屏风汤辅助妥洛特罗贴剂治疗对咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿疗效、炎性因子表达及肺功能的影响

摘　　要：目的:本研究旨在综合分析观察加味玉屏风汤辅助妥洛特罗贴剂治疗对咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿的疗效、炎性因子表达及肺功能的影响。方法:本研究选取2018年10月―2021年10月湖北省黄冈市红安县中医医院儿科接收的咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿120例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为两组,每组各60例,对照组接受常规治疗,试验组在对照组的基础上行加味玉屏风汤辅助妥洛特罗贴剂治疗,对比两组治疗效果,统计两组的炎性因子水平[C反应蛋白(C-reactive Protein,CPR)、降钙素原(Procalcitonin,PCT)]并进行比较;统计并比较两组治疗前、治疗后的肺功能情况。结果:试验组总有效率为96.67%,显著高于对照组的88.33%,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组炎性因子水平均较治疗前下降,且试验组2项炎性因子指标显著低于对照组,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组第1秒用力呼气容积(Forced Expiratory Volume in One Second,FEV_(1))、用力肺活量(Forced Vital Capacity,FVC)、FEV_(1)/FVC、最大通气量(Maximal Voluntary Ventilation,MVV)水平均升高,且试验组指标显著低于对照组,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:加味玉屏风汤辅助妥洛特罗贴剂治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿疗效显著,安全性好,多加推广应用有助于提高治疗效果,减少不良反应的发生。Objective:To comprehensively analyze and observe the therapeutic effect of modified Yupingfeng decoction(加味玉屏风汤)and Tubuloterol Patch on children with cough variant asthma and its effect on the expression of inflammatory factors and pulmonary function.Methods:A total of 120 children with cough variant asthma who were admitted to the Pediatric Department of Hong’an County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Huanggang City,Hubei Province,from October 2018 to October 2021 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into two groups by random number table method,with 60 cases in each group.The control group received routine treatment,while the experimental group received modified Yupingfeng decoction and Tubuloterol Patch treatment on the basis of the treatment in the control group.The therapeutic effects in the two groups were compared,and the levels of inflammatory factors(C-reactive protein and procalcitonin in the two groups were counted and compared.The pulmonary function in the two groups before and after treatment were analyzed and compared.Results:The total effective rate in the experimental group was 96.67%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group,88.33%,the difference was of statistical significance(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of inflammatory factors in both groups were decreased compared with those before treatment,and the two inflammatory factor indicators in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group,the difference was of statistical significance(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of FEV_(1),FVC,FEV_(1)/FVC,and MVV in both groups were increased,the indicators in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the difference was of statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of modified Yupingfeng decoction and Tubuloterol Patch has a significant therapeutic effect and good safety in the treatment of children with cough variant asthma.Powerful promotion and
