基于熵权法多指标评价优选太极推拨手法联合心理护理治疗周围性面神经炎的治疗方案

摘　　要：目的:运用熵权法结合多指标综合评分法探讨太极推拨手法联合心理护理治疗周围性面神经炎的最佳治疗方案。方法:选择甘肃省中医院2018年1月―2020年4月针灸一科、针灸二科、针灸三科及推拿科所收治的周围性面神经炎患者360例为研究对象纳入研究,并以随机数字表法分为9组,每组40例,同时以病发后介入治疗的时间(A)、治疗时长(B)及运用太极推拨手法与心理护理治疗顺序(C)为考察因素,每个因素设定3个水平,开展相关L9(34)正交试验;以H-B分级标准评价结果及患者病情好转情况统计的治疗效果为考察指标,运用熵权法结合多指标综合评分法优选出合理治疗方案。结果:太极推拨手法联合心理护理治疗周围性面神经炎的最佳治疗方案为周围性面神经炎病发后4 d先采用太极推拨手法治疗,后采用心理护理,连续治疗30 d。结论:本研究所优选出的治疗方案简单、稳定、可行,所得参数可为太极推拨手法联合心理护理治疗相关研究提供数据支撑,信息熵赋权法结合正交设计为针灸治疗方案的多指标评价研究提供借鉴。Objective:To explore the best treatment scheme of Taiji(太极)Tuina technique combined with psychological nursing in the treatment of peripheral facial neuritis by entropy weight method and multi-index comprehensive scoring method.Methods:A total of 360 patients with peripheral facial neuritis admitted to the First Department of Acupuncture and Moxibustion,the Second Department of Acupuncture and Moxibustion,the Third Department of Acupuncture and Moxibustion and Department of Massage in Gansu Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2018 to April 2020 were selected as the study subjects,and randomly divided into 9 groups,with 40 cases in each group,by random number table method.At the same time,the time of interventional treatment after the onset of the disease(A),the duration of interventional treatment(B),and the sequence of the use of Taiji Tuina technique and psychological nursing treatment(C)were used as the factors to investigate.Three levels were set for each factor,and relevant L9(34)orthogonal tests were carried out.Based on the evaluation results of H-B grading standard and the therapeutic effect of statistical improvement of patients’condition,the entropy weight method combined with multi-index comprehensive scoring method was used to optimize the reasonable treatment plan.Results:The best treatment plan for the treatment of peripheral facial neuritis is to apply Taiji Tuina technique combined with psychological nursing 4 days after the onset of peripheral facial neuritis,and then psychological nursing is given for 30 consecutive days.Conclusion:The optimal treatment plan in this study is simple,stable and feasible,and the obtained parameters can provide data support for the related research of Taiji Tuina technique combined with psychological nursing treatment,and the information entropy weight method combined with orthogonal design can provide reference for the multi-index evaluation of acupuncture treatment plan.
