针刺结合艾灸治疗皮肌炎医案一则

摘　　要：皮肌炎是一种病情易反复,迁延难愈的自身免疫性结缔组织病,本病大部分发展缓慢,主要累及皮肤和肌肉,典型症状表现为皮肤损害和肌肉疼痛无力,其诊断目前并无统一标准,治疗上西医多应用类固醇皮质激素大剂量甚至冲击治疗,病情严重者则需应用免疫抑制剂治疗,同时患者需长年坚持服药,一旦停药,则病情极易复发,总之,用西药治疗不仅耗费时间长,且疗效得不到确切保证。近年来,随着中医药的蓬勃发展,针灸治疗各种疾病的疗效也愈发得到认可。针灸作为一种独特的医疗技术,以良性、双向性调节为特点,通过刺激穴位以疏通经络,调节阴阳的平衡进而扶正祛邪,并因其效高、安全、经济、方便无创伤、不良反应小而备受青睐。赵晓峰教授师从著名针灸专家、国医大师、中国工程院院士石学敏教授和天津市名中医、国家级名中医武连仲教授,从事针灸临床、教学、科研工作30余载,积累了丰富的临床经验,擅长针药结合,灸法、火针、刺络放血、电针、拔罐等杂合而治,尤其善于治疗各类疑难杂病。现将赵晓峰教授运用针灸疗法治愈皮肌炎案例1例报道如下,以期为临床治疗该病提供参考。Dermatomyositis is a kind of autoimmune connective tissue diseases which is easy to repeat,prolonged and difficult to cure.The disease develop slowly,mainly involving skin and muscle,with typical symptoms of skin damage and muscle pain and weakness.There is no unified standard for diagnosis.In terms of the treatment in Western medicine,large doses of corticosteroids or even impact therapy are often used,and immunosuppressant therapy is needed for severe cases.At the same time,patients need to adhere to the drug for many years.The disease is very easy to relapse if patients stop taking medicine.In short,the treatment in Western medicine not only takes a long time,and the efficacy is not guaranteed.In recent years,with the vigorous development of traditional Chinese medicine,acupuncture and moxibustion has been increasingly recognized for its efficacy in treating various diseases.Acupuncture and moxibustion,as a unique medical technology,is characterized by benign and bidirectional regulation.By stimulating the acupoints to dredge the meridians,adjust the balance of Yin(阴)and Yang(阳)to promote health and dispel evil factors,acupuncture and moxibustion are favored for their high efficiency,safety,economy,convenience,non-trauma,and few adverse reactions.Professor ZHAO Xiaofeng learns from Professor SHI Xuemin,a famous acupuncture expert,master of traditional Chinese medicine,academician of Chinese Academy of Engineering,and Professor WU Lianzhong,a national famous traditional Chinese medicine doctor in Tianjin.Professor ZHAO has been engaged in clinical practice,teaching and scientific research of acupuncture and moxibustion for more than 30 years,and has accumulated rich clinical experience.Professor ZHAO Xiaofeng is good at combining acupuncture with Chinese medical materials,moxibustion,fire needle,bloodletting,electric acupuncture,cupping and other mixed treatment,especially good at treating all kinds of difficult and miscellaneous diseases.In this paper,one case of dermatomyositis treated by Professor ZHAO X
