颊针疗法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察颊针疗法联合牵引和功能锻炼治疗腰椎间盘突出症患者的近期疗效,证实颊针治疗能明显缓解腰椎间盘突出症患者的症状。方法:将60例腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分为两组:牵引组、颊针组,并且分别于治疗前及治疗1周、2周后测量视觉模拟评分法(Visual Analogue Scale,VAS)评分、日本骨科协会评估治疗分数(Japanese Orthopaedic Association,JOA)评分,最后汇总、对比分析治疗前后两组数据的差别。结果:两组治疗1周后的VAS评分、JOA评分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗2周后的VAS评分、JOA评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组治疗1周、2周后的肩关节VAS评分、JOA评分均优于术前(P<0.05);治疗1周后颊针组的疗效(79.31%,23/29)优于牵引组(72.41%,21/29)(P<0.05,差异有统计学意义);治疗2周后颊针组的疗效(93.10%,27/29)优于牵引组(82.76%,24/29)(P<0.05,差异有统计学意义)。两组患者均无严重不良事件出现;两组治疗中各有1例脱落,无明显不良反应。结论:颊针疗法联合牵引和功能锻炼治疗腰椎间盘突出症患者的临床效果显著,颊针技术取穴方便、安全性高,在早期能快速缓解疼痛、恢复活动功能,稳定性较好,同时可明显加快康复进程,减少住院天数、提高患者生活质量,为腰椎间盘突出症的临床治疗提供更好的思路。Objective:To observe the short-term efficacy of buccal acupuncture therapy combined with traction and functional exercise in the treatment of patients with lumbar disc herniation and to confirm that buccal acupuncture therapy can significantly relieve the symptoms of patients with lumbar disc herniation.Methods:A total of 60 patients with lumbar disc herniation were randomly divided into the buccal acupuncture group and the traction group.Visual analog scale(VAS)score and JOA score were measured before treatment and 1 and 2 weeks after treatment,respectively.Finally,the differences between data in the two groups before and after treatment were summarized and analyzed.Results:The VAS score and JOA score were significantly different between the two groups after 1 week of treatment(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in VAS score and JOA score between the two groups after 2 weeks of treatment(P>0.05).After treatment for 1 and 2 weeks,the VAS scores,JOA scores in the two groups were significantly ameliorated(P<0.05).The clinical curative effect in the buccal acupuncture group(79.31%,23/29)was better than the traction group(72.41%,21/29)after 1 week’s treatment.The clinical curative effect in the buccal acupuncture group(93.10%,27/29)was better than the traction group(82.76%,24/29)after 2 weeks’treatment.No serious adverse event was found in the two groups during the treatment.Conclusions:Buccal acupuncture therapy combined with traction and functional exercise has a significant clinical effect in the treatment of patients with lumbar disc herniation.The buccal acupuncture technique is convenient and safe.It can quickly relieve pain in the early stage,restore activity function,and has good stability,significantly accelerate the rehabilitation process,reduce the length of hospital stay,and provide a better quality of life for the patients.It is a rather good therapy for the clinical treatment of lumbar disc herniation.
