摘　　要：农村现代化、农业产业化和农民职业化背景下,乡村女性参与乡村振兴本质上是其建构职业成就的过程。在重构职业成就概念和要素基础上,构建“职业成就—性别角色观念”分析框架,发现乡村女性性别角色观念和职业成就整体上处于艰难转型阶段,乡村女性性别角色观念对职业成就的影响呈现异质性和悖离性特征。传统性别角色观念对生活满意度有显著负影响,对非农经历和收入有显著正影响;现代平等主义性别角色观念对生活满意度有显著正影响,对职业发展和收入的影响均不显著;性别角色观念对选举投票行为的直接影响作用隐匿。在社会建构基础发生实质性改变的情况下,需要重构乡村女性性别角色观念,构建乡村女性职业成就的现代分析框架。搭建乡村女性职业成就平台是增强“她力量”助力乡村振兴效果的重中之重。Under the background of rural modernization,agricultural industrialization and farmer professionalization,rural women’s participation in rural revitalization is essentially a process of constructing professional achievements.Based on the reconstruction of the concept and elements of career achievement,the paper constructs an analytical framework of“career achievement-gender role concept”and finds that rural women’s gender role concept and career achievement are in a difficult transition stage on the whole,and the impact of rural women’s gender role concept on career achievement is characterized by heterogeneity and deviation.The traditional gender role concept has a significant negative impact on life satisfaction,and a significant positive impact on non-agricultural experience and income;the modern egalitarian gender role concept has a significant positive impact on life satisfaction,but has no significant impact on career development and income.The direct effect of gender roles on voting behavior is hidden.In the case of substantial changes in the foundation of social construction,it is necessary to reconstruct the concept of rural women’s gender roles and construct a modern analytical framework for rural women’s career achievements.Building a career achievement platform for rural women is the top priority to enhance the effect of“she power”to aid rural revitalization.
