摘 要:选取56例慢性心力衰竭(CHF)患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字法将其分为对照组和试验组,每组各28例,均为2020年11月至2022年9月在菏泽医学专科学校附属医院心内科住院的患者。对照组患者给予传统的出院指导和健康教育,试验组患者在对照组的基础上给予基于微信的院外延续护理。分别于干预前和干预3个月后,比较两组患者的疾病自我管理能力评分、6分钟步行试验距离、明尼苏达生活质量量表评分,以分析基于微信的院外延续护理对CHF患者健康教育的效果。A total of 56 patients with Chronic Heart Failure(CHF)were selected as the research objects.They were divided into control group and experimental group by random number method,with 28 cases in each group.All patients were hospitalized in the Department of Cardiology,Affiliated Hospital of Heze Medical College from November 2020 to September 2022.The patients in the control group were given traditional out-of-hospital guidance and health education,and the patients in the experimental group were given Wechat-based continuum of care extends beyond the Hospital on the basis of the control group.The scores of disease self-management ability,6-minute walking test distance and Minnesota quality of life scale were compared between the two groups before and after 3 months of intervention,so as to analyze the effectiveness of WeChat-based on health education of CHF patients.
