历史地理学视野下地域性中医妇科学术流派研究

摘　　要：中医妇科在其发展历程中,受到地域文化和地方学派的影响,逐渐形成各具特色的学术流派。以上海、浙江、天津、山西、黑龙江、云南、贵州以及岭南八地为例,从历史地理学视角梳理长江、珠江、黄河、海河、松花江水系地域性中医妇科学术流派的发展脉络,并依据历史传承性指标和地理区域性指标揭示其在不同历史时期背景下的时空特征及历史价值。In the course of its development,TCM gynecology has been influenced by regional culture and local schools,and has gradually formed various academic schools of TCM gynecology with its own characteristics.Taking Shanghai,Zhejiang,Tianjin,Shanxi,Heilongjiang,Yunnan,Guizhou,Lingnan as examples,the paper sorts out the development of regional traditional Chinese medicine and gynecology academic schools in the Yangtze River,Pearl River,Yellow River,Hai River and Songhua River systems from the perspective of historical geography,and reveals the spatiotemporal characteristics and historical value in the context of different historical periods using historical inheritance indicators and geographical regional indicators.
