摘  要:工业上普遍采用液化气精馏分离制备正丁烷,然而液化气含有多种组分,导致液化气分离过程相对比较复杂。本文利用AspenPlus流程模拟软件,对气分装置-正丁烷生产过程的进料泵、精馏塔和换热器等重要操作参数进行了模拟,对比实际装置的操作条件、原料和产品纯度等,得出模拟结果表明关键参数误差均小于3%,与实际生产较吻合。本文的模拟结果可为实际生产中后续气分装置的进一步设计和节能优化以及生产过程提供了较好的理论依据和建设性指导。Liquefied gas distillation and separation are widely used in industry to produce n-butane.However,liquefied gas contains many components,which makes the separation process relatively complicated.In this paper,Aspen Plus process simulation software is used to simulate important operating equipment such as feed pump,fractionators and heat exchangers in the production process of n-butane gas separation unit.The simulation results show that the differences between key original parameters and simulated ones are less than 3%,which is consistent with the actual production.The simulation results in this paper can provide a good theoretical basis and constructive guidance for the further design,energy-saving optimization and production process of the subsequent gas separation unit in actual production.
