基于成熟期的草莓品种遗传多样性SSR分析

摘  要:利用SSR分子标记技术,结合PopGene软件对173份草莓品种进行了遗传多样性分析。结果显示:筛选出的13对引物一共扩增出了6个等位基因,其中EMFv006和FAC-001这2个引物扩增出来的等位基因最多。基于不同草莓群体的基因多样度,早熟类群草莓的有效等位基因最高为2.6668,晚熟类群最低为2.2137,5个类群中早熟类群信息指数最高为0.5968,而对于他们的观测杂合度最高值和最低值为0.1560和0.1302。该数据说明,实验所选用的173种草莓材料的遗传变异率低,在进化路径上分化并不大。而针对于5个不同的成熟期草莓类群分析,发现成熟期为早中熟的草莓类群等位基因频率数据接近中熟的草莓类群,所以推测这2个类群的亲缘关系相近。In this study,the genetic diversity of 173 Fragaria ananassa varieties was analyzed by using SSR(simple sequence repeat) molecular marker technology and PopGene software.The results showed that a total of 6 alleles were amplified by 13 pairs of selected primers,of which EMFv006 and FAC-001 were the most amplified alleles.Based on the gene diversity of different Fragaria ananassa populations,the highest effective allele of early maturing Fragaria ananassa group was 2.6668;the lowest was 2.2137;the highest information index of early maturing Fragaria ananassa group was 0.5968,and the highest and lowest observed heterozygosity values for them were 0.1560 and 0.1302.The data indicated that the genetic variation rate of 173 Fragaria ananassa materials selected in this experiment was low,and the differentiation in the evolutionary path was not large.According to the analysis of five Fragaria ananassa groups at different ripening stages,it was found that the allele frequency data of Fragaria ananassa groups at early and middle ripening stages was close to that of Fragaria ananassa groups at middle ripening stages,so it was speculated that the two groups were closely related.
