摘 要:为更好地对甘蒙柽柳的变异枝进行种质资源的保存及数量的扩繁,以甘蒙柽柳一年生变异枝为外植体进行了组培快繁直接诱导生根及植株再生研究。结果表明:75%酒精浸泡30s后转入0.1%HgCl_(2)消毒8 min,成活率最高,可达80.2%;甘蒙柽柳最佳的增殖培养基为MS+1.5 mg/L 6-BA+0.2 mg/L NAA,增殖率可达93.3%;MS+10 mg/L IBA是最佳的生根培养基,生根率高达97%。此研究建立了甘蒙柽柳的无性繁殖体系,为甘蒙柽柳的组织培养和规模化种植提供了理论依据。In order to better preserve the germplasm resources and expand the number of the variation branches of Tamarix austromongolica,the annual variation branches of Tamarix austromongolica were used as explants for tissue culture and rapid propagation to directly induce rooting and plant regeneration.The results showed that the survival rate was the highest(80.2%) after being soaked in 75% alcohol for 30s and disinfected with 0.1% HgCl_(2) for 8min.The best proliferation medium of Tamarix austromongolica contained MS+1.5mg/L 6-BA+0.2mg/L NAA,and the proliferation rate can reach 93.3%;the best rooting medium was MS+10mg/L IBA,and the rooting rate was up to 97%.This study established the asexual propagation system of Tamarix austromongolica,which can provide a theoretical basis for tissue culture and large-scale planting of Tamarix austromongolica.
