摘  要:森林蓄积量主要用于评价森林中全部活立木的材积总量,动态反馈森林资源变化情况,是森林资源监测的重要指标之一。研究以云南省富源县为研究区域,以研究区实地调查华山松样地的蓄积量作为因变量,以使用Landsat 9卫星遥感影像提取出的遥感植被指数和ALOS卫星数据获取的地形因子作为自变量,基于贝叶斯优化的随机森林算法,建立了该研究区华山松林蓄积量估测模型。结果表明:贝叶斯优化的随机森林模型对于华山松蓄积量的估测精度有一定的提升。优化后的估测模型使用独立测试样本测试精度为:R~2=0.83、MAE=0.83、RMSE=0.97。研究区华山松林蓄积总量为3.428×10~6 m~3。显示出了在地势起伏区域,研究建立的优化后蓄积量估测模型对华山松蓄积量估测的方法是可行的。也可以为后期区域拓展、蓄积量估测的时效性保证等方面提供重要的支持。Forest stock is primarily used to evaluate the total volume of all living trees in a forest,and it is an important indicator for monitoring forest resources and dynamically tracking changes in these resources.In this study,Fuyuan County,Yunnan Province was taken as the research area,and the volume of Pinus armandii sample plot in the field survey in the study area was taken as the dependent variable.The remote sensing vegetation index extracted from Landsat 9 satellite remote sensing image and the terrain factor obtained from ALOS satellite data were taken as independent variables.Based on the Bayesian optimized random forest algorithm,the volume estimation model of Pinus armandii forest in the study area was established.The results show that the Bayesian optimized random forest model can improve the accuracy of Pinus armandii accumulation estimation.The optimized estimation model was tested with an independent sample,achieving an accuracy of R~2=0.83,MAE=0.83,and RMSE=0.97.The total accumulation of Pinus armandii in the study area is 3.428×10~6 m~3.These findings demonstrate the feasibility of using the optimized accumulation estimation model to estimate the accumulated amount of Pinus armandii in areas with undulating terrain.This model can also provide important support for later regional expansion and timely reserve estimation.
