基于泰森多边形法的森林管护站点布局优化研究——以云南省罗平县为例

摘　　要：森林管护是森林保护修复的重要工作内容,而森林管护站点则是管护力量的有力支撑,当前各地都有大量管护站点建设需求,依据云南省森林管护站点建设规划各县(市区)上报数据,对云南省森林管护站点现状及规划进行了统计分析评价,优化建设规模。以罗平县规划建造30个森林管护站点为例,探索利用GIS平台软件,从点距离、泰森多边形、近邻分析等方面,从地理空间布局上对管护站点现状及规划进行综合分析,用数表及图形方式体现结果,快速挑选标记出距离过近的18个规划管护站点,有针对性地开展需求分析调查工作,优化管护站点建设规模、提升管护站点空间布局的合理性,为林业相关职能部门在森林管护站点建设项目中提供科学决策依据。Forest management and restoration is an important work content of forest protection and restoration,and forest management and protection stations are a strong support for management and protection forces.Currently,there is a large demand for construction of management and protection stations in various regions.Based on the data reported by each county(city) of Yunnan Province's Forest management and protection station construction plan,statistical analysis and evaluation of the current situation and planning of Yunnan Province's forest management and protection stations are conducted to optimize the construction scale.Taking the planning and construction of 30 forest management and protection stations in Luoping County as an example,this study explores the use of GIS platform software to comprehensively analyze the current situation and planning of management and protection stations from the perspectives of point distance,Thiessen polygons,and neighbor analysis.The results are reflected in numerical tables and graphics,and 18 planning and protection stations that are too close are quickly selected and marked.Targeted demand analysis and investigation work is carried out.The ultimate goal is to optimize the construction scale of management and protection sites,enhance the rationality of the spatial layout of management and protection sites,and provide scientific decision-making basis for forestry related functional departments in forest management and protection site construction projects.
