摘 要:在理论分析能源碳排放量影响因素与运用碳排放因子法对2005-2021年海南省能源碳排放量进行测度的基础上,借助主成分回归法定量筛选了海南省能源碳排放量的影响因素。结果表明:2005-2021年海南省能源碳排放量呈上升态势,能源碳排放结构由以煤炭碳排放为主转为以油品碳排放为主,煤炭能源碳排放量有所减少;人口规模、城市化水平、对外贸易水平、产业结构、经济发展水平均是海南省能源碳排放量的促增因素,能源强度是海南省能源碳排放量的抑制因素,能源结构对海南省能源碳排放量的影响不显著。因此,借鉴广东经验,完善碳普惠机制;依托政策优势,加强“双碳”国际交流合作;立足资源禀赋,推广清洁能源使用,有利于海南省能源碳减排取得更大突破。Based on the theoretical analysis of the influencing factors of energy carbon emissions and the measurement of energy carbon emissions in Hainan Province from 2005 to 2021 by carbon emission factor method,the principal component regression method was used to quantitatively screen the influencing factors of energy carbon emissions in Hainan Province.The results show that the energy carbon emission of Hainan Province from 2005 to 2021 shows an upward trend,and the energy carbon emission structure has changed from coal carbon emission to oil carbon emission,and the coal energy carbon emission decreases somewhat.Population size,urbanization level,foreign trade level,industrial structure and economic development level are all promoting factors of energy carbon emissions in Hainan Province.Energy intensity is the inhibiting factor of energy carbon emissions in Hainan Province,and energy structure has no significant influence on energy carbon emissions in Hainan Province.Therefore,the carbon inclusive mechanism should be improved by learning from the experience of Guangdong;international exchanges and cooperation on "dual carbon" should be strengthened by relying on policy advantages;Based on the resource endowment and promoting the use of clean energy,Hainan will make greater breakthroughs in energy carbon emission reduction.
