摘　　要：生产力演进遵循一定规律。从生产力的重大变化来看,人类社会经历了农业时代、工业时代、信息时代的生产力变迁。从生产力内在的基本关系来看,人类社会的生产力进步围绕人与自然关系的变化展开。在生产力演进的大部分时间里,生产力都是围绕人如何提升对自然的调整和控制能力而进步的。新质生产力将改变这种关系,不仅要延续之前生产力进步方向,而且要构建一种全新生产力,达到人类生产力发展新的制高点,完成人类社会可持续发展的重要任务。新质生产力在我国的提出,表达了人类社会生产力发展的新逻辑,也赋予了推进中国式现代化进程的功能。中国式现代化的中国特色要求必须找到新的生产力作为基础或前提。新质生产力既有表示生产力进步的重要性地位,又有推进中国式现代化发展的功能。The evolution of productivity follows laws.From the perspective of major changes in productivity,human society has experienced the changes of productivity in the agricultural era,the industrial era,and the information era.From the perspective of the basic relationship between productivity and human society,the progress of productivity revolves around the change of the relationship between human and nature.In most of the time of productivity evolution,productivity has progressed around how people improve their ability to adjust and control nature.New quality productivity will change this relationship,not only to continue the direction of previous productivity progress,but also to build a new type productivity,to reach a new commanding height of human productivity development,to complete the important task of sustainable development of human society.The proposal of the new quality productive forces in our country expresses the new logic of the development of the productive forces of human society,and also gives the function of promoting the process of Chinese-style modernization.The Chinese characteristics of Chinese modernization require that new productive forces must be found to provide the basis or premise for this.In this way,the New quality productive forces not only represent the status of subverting the progress of productive forces,but also have the function of promoting the development of Chinese-style modernization.
