摘　　要：目的探讨老年骨质疏松症(osteoporosis,OP)患者的患病体验,为制订相关护理方案提供参考。方法采用现象学研究方法,以目的抽样法选取北京市某三级甲等医院16例老年OP患者进行半结构式深度访谈,根据Colaizzi分析法对访谈资料进行整理分析。结果可归纳为4个主题:感知运动益处不足;恐惧跌倒;自我感受负担;期望寻求外部支持。结论老年OP患者在疾病过程中存在多维度的问题和需求,医护人员应重视患者在疾病不同阶段的需求,在防治OP的同时联合运动指导、跌倒预防、心理干预、延续照护,探索和验证有效的护理干预方案,降低脆性骨折发生风险,提升患者的生活质量。Objective To explore the experience of elderly patients with osteoporosis(OP)and to provide reference for formulating relevant nursing plans.Methods A phenomenological study was conducted and purposive sampling method was used to select 16 elderly patients with OP in a tertiary hospital in Beijing for semi-structured interviews.The Colaizzi analysis method was used for data analysis.Results Four themes were extracted,including insufficient perceived benefits of exercise,fear of falling,self-perceived burden,and expectation to seek external support.Conclusions Elderly patients with OP have multidimensional problems and needs during the course of the disease.Medical staff should pay attention to the patients’needs at different stages of the disease.While preventing and treating OP,they should explore and validate effective nursing intervention programs combined with guidance on exercises,fall prevention,psychological interventions,and extended care,so as to reduce the risk of fragility fractures and improve patients’quality of life.
