摘 要:骨髓间充质干细胞(bone marrow mesen-chymal stem cells,BM-MSCs)衰老可诱发骨组织退行性病变和慢性炎症,并降低其用于细胞治疗的效果。越来越多的中药活性成分被证实可干预BM-MSCs衰老,在多种疾病的预防和治疗中发挥重要作用并提高细胞治疗效果。深入理解中药活性成分干预BM-MSCs衰老的分子机制既可提高基于BM-MSCs的疾病预防治疗和细胞移植效果,也为中药在干细胞研究应用领域里的发展奠定基础。The senescence of bone marrow mes-enchymal stem cells(BM-MSCs)will induce age-re-lated bone tissue degeneration and chronic inflam-mation,and reduce its application effect for cell therapy.More and more active ingredients of tradi-tional chinese medicine have been proved to inter-vene BM-MSCs senescence,playing an important role in bone diseases prevention and treatment,and improving the therapeutic effect of BM-MSCs.In this paper,the latest research progress on the molecular mechanism of traditional chinese medi-cine active ingredients interfering BM-MSCs senes-cence was summarized,in order to provide new di-rection and reference basis for senescence inter-vention research and clinical application improve-ment of BM-MSCs.
