摘  要:以牦牛绒纱线、牦牛绒水溶纱线及其织物为研究对象,对牦牛绒水溶纱线进行退维处理,分别测试了牦牛绒纱线、退维前后牦牛绒水溶纱线的截面结构、拉伸性能,并分析退维前后纱线截面孔隙率的变化。分别采取主客观评价方法测试牦牛绒织物与牦牛绒水溶织物的蓬松性能,并测试织物的保暖性能。结果表明:牦牛绒水溶纱线退维后截面孔隙增大,经计算孔隙率相对于退维前增大6.34%,牦牛绒水溶纱强伸性优于牦牛绒纱线,但退维后的水溶纱强力降低,弹性变差,结合对织物蓬松度的主客观评价,可知牦牛绒水溶织物的蓬松度更加优异,保暖性随之提升。Taking yak cashmere yarn,yak cashmere water-soluble yarn and their fabrics as research objects,the yak cashmere water-soluble yarn is subjected to PVA dissolving treatment.The cross section structure and tensile properties of yak cashmere yarn,yak cashmere water-soluble yarn before and after PVA dissolving treatment are tested,and the changes in cross section porosity before and after PVA dissolving treatment are analyzed.Subjective and objective evaluation methods are used to test the fluffy properties of yak cashmere fabric and yak cashmere water-soluble fabric,and the thermal performance of the fabric is tested.The results show that the cross section porosity of yak cashmere water-soluble yarn increases after PVA dissolving treatment,and the porosity increases by 6.34%compared after calculation.The strength and elongation of yak cashmere water-soluble yarn is better than those of yak cashmere yarn,but the strength and elasticity of the water-soluble yarn after PVA dissolving treatment decreases.Based on the subjective and objective evaluation of the fluffy properties of the fabric,it can be concluded that the fluffy properties of yak hair water-soluble fabric is more excellent,and the thermal performance also improves.
