摘　　要：教学档案是在教学、教学管理和教学研究中形成的具有重要保存和研究价值的纸质、电子、实体以及声像载体等材料。教学档案是高校教学发展的重要信息资源,能为教学经验总结、教学效果反馈和教学改革评价提供重要依据。同时,教学档案管理的水平和质量也是衡量高校教学管理水平和教育教学质量的重要标志。然而,伴随着时代发展和教学改革程度的不断加深,大部分高校教学档案管理出现管理规章制度不够完善、档案丢失、信息化水平低和管理利用效率低等问题,导致教学档案无法真实反映教学发展情况,给高校教育发展蒙上阴影。因此,探究教学档案管理的规范化策略,提升高校教学档案管理和利用水平具有重要的理论和实践意义。Teaching archives are paper, electronic, physical, and audio-visual materials that have important preservation and research value formed in teaching, teaching management, and teaching research. Teaching archives are important information resources for the development of teaching in universities, which can provide important basis for summarizing teaching experience, evaluating effectiveness of teaching and teaching reform. At the same time, the level and quality of teaching archive management are also important indicators for measuring the quality of teaching management and education in universities. However, with the development of the times and the deepening of teaching reform, most universities have encountered problems in the management of teaching archives, such as inadequate management rules and regulations, archives loss, low informatization level, and low management and utilization efficiency. These have led to teaching archives being unable to truly reflect the development of teaching, casting a shadow over the development of higher education. Therefore, exploring standardized strategies for teaching archive management and improving the level of management and utilization of teaching archives in universities has important theoretical and practical significance.
